ZIMMERMAN NAMED PRESIDENT OF GORELL WINDOWS & DOORS

INDIANA, PA, January 22, 2010 — Brian Zimmerman has been named President and Chief Operating Officer of Gorell Windows & Doors, LLC. In his new position, he will be responsible for all facets of the day-to-day operations of the company. Wayne Gorell will assume the role of Chairman and Chief Executive Officer.

Zimmerman previously served as executive vice president of Gorell. He started with the company in 1998 and was named executive vice president in August 2007. In this position, Zimmerman was responsible for operations, materials management, human resources and customer service. Prior to that, he was responsible for mergers and acquisitions, new product development and Gorell’s patio room division.
