Caterpillar powertrain components are rebuilt to Cleveland Brothers Equipment’s precision guidelines using Caterpillar parts reusability standards. Engines, transmissions, torque converters, steering clutches, brakes, final drives, hydraulics (pumps, motors and cylinders) are remanufactured in this modern facility. Each component is totally disassembled and thoroughly cleaned/inspected including cylinder heads, turbos, fuel systems, starters, alternators, pistons, hydraulic valves, pumps, motors, and cylinders. Each remanufactured component is then reassembled dyno tested and adjusted to Caterpillar’s current specifications and standards. Dyno testing and hydraulically bench tested before reinstallation assures measurable performance and quality.
